Throwright.com ships products a variety of ways including USPS and UPS. The majority of shipping costs are flat rates and are calculated based upon the number of item(s) purchased.

Returns
All items returned to ThrowRight.com must be authorized by our customer service department. All authorized returns require a Return Authorization Number. The R.A.# must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping carton and/or the face of the original shipping documents. Any packages returned without bearing the authorization number and document inside will be returned at the customers expense.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Requests for return of goods must be received within thirty (30) days of the invoice (except defects). Any item deemed defective will be credited, replaced, and returned to you freight prepaid. The same stock number, color, and size will be replaced. No refunds or exchanges will be made outside of the warranty period.
Closeouts and any undergarments that have been worn are non-returnable. For all bats, If the manufacturer plastic wrapping is removed from the bat, then the bat must be returned directly to the manufacturer and not ThrowRight.com. Please be advised that manufacturers require us to return merchandise for their inspection. Therefore, it may take some time to resolve the situation. All manufacturers decisions prevail.
